Before You Begin

A few important things to know before completing the form.

Have Your Passport Ready

You'll need your passport number, issuing country, date of issue, and expiration date.

Use Your Legal Name

Enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport, including any applicable middle names.

One Form Per Traveler

Each traveler, including children, needs a separate submission. You do not need to upload passport images.

Important Passport Reminder

Some destinations require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. Entry and passport requirements vary by destination, citizenship, and itinerary.
