Do I need to know everyone in the group?

No. Some travelers join with family or friends, while others may know only a few people or no one at all. Group trips provide opportunities to meet fellow travelers, but you are free to socialize as much or as little as you prefer.

Can I travel alone?

Yes. Solo travelers are welcome when the cruise, resort, or tour offers an appropriate accommodation. Pricing is normally based on room or cabin occupancy, so a single-occupancy supplement may apply. We will explain the available options for your selected trip.

Do I have to participate in every group activity?

No. Scheduled group activities are generally optional unless a specific event or excursion states otherwise. You can participate in the shared experiences that interest you while still having time to explore, relax, dine, or enjoy the destination independently.

How do deposits and payments work?

Deposit amounts, payment schedules, and final-payment deadlines vary by cruise line, resort, tour operator, accommodation, and promotion. We will provide the applicable terms before you reserve. Many trips allow travelers to make payments over time, provided the required balance is paid by the final-payment deadline.

Can travelers book different room or cabin categories?

Usually, yes. Travelers may often select from available room, cabin, suite, or view categories based on their preferences and budget. All categories are subject to availability, and some group benefits may vary depending on the accommodation selected.

Is airfare included?

Airfare is included only when it is specifically listed as part of the trip package. Most cruise and resort prices do not automatically include flights. We will clearly explain whether airfare, transfers, baggage, and other transportation costs are included or separate.

Is travel protection available?

Yes. Travel-protection options are available for most trips and may include coverage for eligible cancellations, interruptions, delays, baggage issues, medical emergencies, and other covered events. Benefits, exclusions, and purchase deadlines vary by plan, so review the policy details carefully before purchasing.

What happens if the group trip sells out?

Availability is not guaranteed until your reservation and required deposit have been completed. If the trip or your preferred accommodation sells out, we may be able to offer another category, request a waitlist, check for newly released inventory, or recommend a similar alternative.
